Intuition et The Hacking Project partagent une même conviction : le futur du web se construira avec plus de confiance, plus de transparence et plus de participation. Derrière les protocoles et les produits, il y a surtout des personnes — et c’est ce que racontent ces témoignages : des parcours très différents, réunis par une même envie de builder.

Au fil des projets Intuition x THP, des profils venus des télécoms, du spectacle, du marketing, de la musique, du 3D ou encore de l’animation ont trouvé un terrain commun : apprendre vite, créer ensemble, et contribuer à une nouvelle manière de gérer la donnée, l’identité et la confiance sur internet.

🔍 Intuition : “une base solide pour construire un web centré sur la confiance”

Dans presque tous les retours, une idée revient : Intuition n’est pas juste “un projet Web3”, c’est un socle.

  • James Barthée parle d’un protocole “avec un énorme potentiel”, capable d’ouvrir “une multitude de cas d’usage” — une base pour un web centré sur la confiance.
  • Jade Michel y voit une approche “prometteuse” qui s’attaque à deux piliers : la gestion des données et l’identité.
  • Thomas Bobichon insiste sur l’apport de la décentralisation, et sur le fait qu’Intuition peut poser des fondations solides de confiance sur Internet.
  • Christophe Alaterre relie Intuition à une vision très concrète : des données rapides, labellisées, vérifiables et décentralisées — et surtout, l’idée de reprendre possession de ses données.

🧭 Des reconversions et trajectoires hors norme… devenues des forces

Ce qui frappe, c’est la variété des points de départ.

  • James Barthée arrive avec près de 10 ans dans les télécoms, après des projets de restructuration réseau, et fait le saut vers le Web3 pour contribuer à un écosystème encore peu connu.
  • Paul Moulin passe du métier de géomètre à la mécanique moto, puis au développement Web3 après un licenciement économique. Il décrit Intuition comme une expérience “utopique” — et assume d’aimer l’utopie.
  • Maxime Saint-Joannis, producteur de musique, transfère sa créativité vers la tech, avec une vision orientée “contrôle utilisateur” et souveraineté numérique.
  • Jade Michel, issue du marketing/communication, prouve que le Web3 n’est pas réservé aux profils techniques : sa trajectoire raconte surtout l’intensité et l’élan collectif.
  • Christophe Alaterre traverse 15 ans de spectacle vivant (jongleur, artiste de feu, comédien) tout en gardant un goût pour l’IT et les systèmes d’info.
  • Thomas Bobichon vient de 7 ans d’animation en camping — un monde très humain — puis découvre smart contracts et blockchain, avec le sentiment d’avoir franchi un cap.
  • Alexandre Tedesco, caissier, construit en parallèle une vie de développeur : open source, bots, extensions, projets IA… et se voit comme un builder “aux débuts” d’Intuition.
  • Kiara Lacambre, profil arts appliqués et animation 3D, incarne la jonction créa/tech, et cite surtout “la liberté laissée par l’équipe” dans les projets.
  • Cheyenne Le Franc raconte une recherche identitaire, puis un chemin hybride entre Web3 et Web2, avec une préférence pour les projets créatifs.
  • Florian Tribout, autodidacte et auto-entrepreneur, souligne comment les projets THP l’ont aidé à gagner en méthodologie et en expertise front/back.

🧪 Des projets concrets : Chrome, Dapps, 3D, hackathons…

L’apprentissage s’est fait “en conditions réelles”, à travers des livrables variés :

  • extensions Chrome
  • Dapps connectées à Intuition / écriture sur la blockchain
  • projets 3D (Three.js + React + Blender)
  • participation à un hackathon ETHGlobal à Cannes
  • outils open source, scripts, bots, extensions VS Code…

Paul évoque par exemple le développement de l’“Overmind” (3D) et des objectifs clairs : NFTs, hackathons, rendu 3D, anglais, autonomie financière. Maxime travaille sur une Dapp pour automatiser l’écriture sur la blockchain Intuition : un pont direct entre apprentissage et production. Alexandre enchaîne les projets (bots, extensions, assistant IA) avec une approche résolument “maker”.

🤝 Ce que les alumni retiennent : mentorat, entraide, énergie collective

La dimension la plus récurrente, au-delà de la tech, c’est l’accompagnement.

  • James insiste sur le fait d’avoir “plongé directement dans le Web3”, guidé par un mentor impliqué, et sur l’énergie que ça donne pour “ne rien lâcher”.
  • Paul souligne que face aux blocages, “la bienveillance et l’entraide sont des piliers de THP”, et cite même plusieurs membres de son équipe.
  • Christophe rappelle une réalité fréquente : parfois le gap technique est rude, mais le travail avec des partenaires, parfois dans une autre langue, ouvre aussi de nouvelles manières de penser.
  • Thomas mentionne l’appui du mentor et la disponibilité de l’équipe Intuition, même quand la marche est haute.
  • Cheyenne met en avant les projets créatifs (morpion, battle, front) et nuance sur les projets Ruby très mécaniques.

✅ Conclusion : une même envie de construire

Ces parcours racontent une chose simple : le Web3 attire des profils variés, pas seulement des “pur dev”. Et quand l’environnement est bon — des projets réels, du mentorat, un collectif qui pousse — la bascule devient possible.

Intuition and The Hacking Project share the same belief: the future of the web will be built with more trust, more transparency, and more participation. Behind protocols and products, there are people — and that’s what these stories highlight: very different backgrounds brought together by the same drive to build.

Across Intuition x THP projects, people coming from telecommunications, performing arts, marketing, music, 3D, and community-driven roles found common ground: learning fast, creating together, and contributing to a new approach to data, identity, and trust on the internet.

🔍 Intuition: “a solid foundation for a trust-centered web”

One idea keeps coming back: Intuition isn’t “just a Web3 project” — it’s a foundation.

  • James Barthée describes a protocol with “huge potential,” flexible enough to unlock “a multitude of use cases” — a base layer to build a web centered on trust.
  • Jade Michel sees it as “promising,” tackling two key pillars: data management and identity.
  • Thomas Bobichon highlights decentralization and the ability to create strong foundations for online trust.
  • Christophe Alaterre connects Intuition to a very tangible vision: fast, labeled, verifiable, decentralized data — and the ability to take back ownership.

🧭 Career changes and unexpected paths… turned into strengths

What stands out is how varied the starting points are.

  • James Barthée spent nearly 10 years in telecom, leading network restructuring and optimization projects, then moved into Web3 to contribute to a still-emerging ecosystem.
  • Paul Moulin went from surveyor to motorcycle mechanics, then to Web3 development after being laid off. He calls Intuition an “utopian” experience — and proudly embraces utopia.
  • Maxime Saint-Joannis, a former music producer, shifted creativity into tech with a strong belief in user control and digital sovereignty.
  • Jade Michel, from marketing and communication, shows Web3 isn’t only for technical backgrounds — her story is about intensity, momentum, and community.
  • Christophe Alaterre spent 15 years in performing arts (juggler, fire performer, actor) while keeping a long-term interest in IT and information systems.
  • Thomas Bobichon comes from 7 years in campground entertainment — a very human-centered job — then discovered blockchain, smart contracts, and new opportunities.
  • Alexandre Tedesco, a cashier, builds a developer life in parallel: open source, bots, extensions, AI projects… positioning himself as an early-stage Intuition builder.
  • Kiara Lacambre, with applied arts and 3D animation, embodies the creative/tech bridge and values the freedom the team gave her.
  • Cheyenne Le Franc describes a path of searching before moving into code, now aiming for a hybrid future between Web3 and Web2.

🧪 Real projects: Chrome, Dapps, 3D, hackathons…

Learning happened through real-world deliverables:

Beyond the tech, the most repeated theme is support.

  • James emphasizes diving straight into Web3 with a deeply involved mentor — and the motivation that creates to keep pushing.
  • Paul highlights that when you get stuck, collaboration and kindness are core THP pillars — and he credits his teammates directly.
  • Christophe points out a common reality: the technical gap can be tough, but working with partners (sometimes in another language) also expands your thinking.
  • Thomas mentions mentor support and the availability of the Intuition team when challenges hit.
  • Cheyenne praises creativity-friendly projects and notes that very mechanical Ruby tasks felt less enjoyable.

✅ Conclusion: one shared drive — building

These journeys show one simple truth: Web3 attracts all kinds of people — not only “pure devs.” And when the environment is strong — real projects, mentorship, and a supportive collective — transformation becomes possible.
